29th January 2022
Following recent government announcements, we are no longer required to wear face masks in church.
However, please continue to make use of hand sanitizers in the building and maintain all of our hygiene protocols. Please also be sensitive to those who feel vulnerable.
Thank you.
19th December 2021
Due to recent government advice, we are again required to wear face coverings when we meet together.
Please also make use of the hand sanitizer in the building and try to minimise close social interaction.
From Sunday 26th December, we are also bringing back pre-service registration so that track-and-trace can be implemented if required. Thank you.
September 2021
The Ark Toddlers' Group and KidzKlub have resumed in the building.
We have no start dates yet for the return of "Healing on the Streets" and "Time for Tea"
Unfortunately, "Pastoral Nursing" will not be resuming as we no longer have qualified personnel.
18th July 2021
Covid19 - lifting restrictions
The following guidelines have been issued from the National Office and we will be adopting them from 19th July:
1. Face coverings should be worn when walking around the church premises, but once people are in their seats, they can be removed.
2. Social distancing measures are no longer required.
3. Congregational singing is permitted indoors.
4. There are no restrictions for indoor gatherings or small groups in homes.
5. There is no limit on sizes for weddings, funerals and life events.
6. Enhanced ventilation should be continued in all buildings.
7. Hygiene consciousness should guide all practices.
In addition, since new infection cases are rising, we still need to apply caution; for example, please use discretion in relation to hugs, etc.
Please speak to the Pastors if you have any questions or concerns about the new arrangements. May God bless us all as we move forward.
26th June 2021
We continue to meet at the building for our pre-registered Sunday Services. However, if the Government confirms that restrictions will be lifted on 19th July, then Sunday 18th July will be the last service that will need to be booked. We have decided that Wednesday Prayer meetings will continue on Zoom for the foreseeable future. Announcements will be made for the resumption of other activities in due course. Please speak to the Pastors if you have any questions about the arrangements, or need support at this time. God bless you all.
27th March 2021
From next month, starting from Easter Day, we will be holding our Sunday Services in the building once again. As before, we will return to our normal start time of 10.30am. Please register to attend and please keep to all the health and social distancing requirements (details in Ps Ade's message below). We are also live streaming services via our YouTube channel.
May the Lord be our strength and shield and an ever present help during these days.

Dear all,
in light of the latest classification of London into Tier 4 which is a lockdown, all in-church services are once again suspended with immediate effect. Our church services will revert back to the Zoom platform from 11am tomorrow.
Unfortunately, our planned Carol Service for tomorrow night will also have to be cancelled.
December 2020
We are now holding our Sunday services in the building again. We return to our normal start time of 10.30am. Please register to attend and please keep to all the health and social distancing requirements as before (details in Ps Ade's message below). May God bless you through these days.
November 2020
Following recent Government announcements, we are now in a new National lockdown which is scheduled to run from
5th November to 2nd December.
Sadly, churches will no longer be able to meet in person for Sunday services, so we will return to meeting on Zoom for this period.
Services will start at 11.00am using the same link as before. Please contact Ps Ade if you would like him to send you the link again.
These are difficult and uncertain times. Let's remember that God is sovereign and has not been taken by surprise at what is happening. Let us continue to trust Him and maintain fellowship and intimacy with Him as we journey through these days. May we know His peace and may God keep you, protect you and make His face to shine upon us all. Blessings.

6. Wear face covering at all times unless exempt.
7. Observe proper hygiene measures and all other protocols put in place.

A message from Ps Ade:
To everyone at BOCF,
For those who have not been able to join the church services on Zoom, please be informed that, barring any further change in government regulations, the leadership has decided that our first day of services in our church building will be Sunday 18th October, starting at 10.30am.
In due course, more information will be provided to all members about necessary protocols to ensure safety and the confidence of those who will be attending. God bless you.

March 2020 - Closure of Services
In light of the recent government directives on reducing social contacts as a means of minimising the spread of the Coronavirus, and upon subsequent instructions from our Church’s National Office, we are having to suspend all activities, effective immediately, until further notice.
Should you require any assistance, please call our Church number
0208-952-8292 and leave a message. Alternatively, please send an email to bocfac@aol.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible
In these trying times, we urge you not to live in fear but to live in faith, believing that Jesus Christ as Lord is Sovereign. He has you in the palm of His hands.
“Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.” (Isaiah 41:10 NKJV)
May His peace guard your hearts and minds. AMEN.
If you are able to download the free app, "ZOOM Cloud Meetings", then please join us for a couple of weekly video conference gatherings on:
*Wednesdays - Prayer at 8.00pm*
*Sundays - Meeting at 11.00am*
Please send your details to Pastor Ade and he will send you a link to join the meeting. Unless you are speaking, please mute your microphone (on mobile devices, touch the screen then touch the microphone icon) as it helps to clear up the sound. Thank you.
Message from Pastor Ade:
Dear Church Member,
Greetings in the name of the Lord.
I am sending this message, on behalf of the Leadership Team, to all our members. You or somebody you know might find it useful.
These are trying times indeed. Should you have financial obligations to a creditor or creditors and are unable to meet them due to reduced income, there are two organisations that can help negotiate, on your behalf, with the creditor(s):
1: Christians Against Poverty (CAP)
www.capuk.org
Telephone: 01274 760720
Address: Christians Against Poverty, Jubilee Mill, North Street, Bradford, BD1 4EW

2: Stepchange
www.stepchange.org
0800 138 1111 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 4pm
But if you are struggling with food and sustenance, please let the church know and we will do our best to help. Rest assured that the matter will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit (Rom. 15:13).
Amen.
Bocf Leadership Team.
